Hello, we started using your platform not too long ago, It is great and very helpful, easy to use. But there are some functionalities that would be great to be added. Notes / Tags - It would be great to have internal notes / tags and on shipments. Because right now if there is some unusual situation, we have no way to note it down. For example if order is reshipped, etc..

The inteegration will update TrustPilot when the order is ‘Delivered’ so merchants can trigger a review request from TrustPilot based on the delivery date. Add TrustPilot widget to the tracking page and to the email notifications.

Add integration to send delivery notifications to your customers through SMS. After customers opt-in to receive these transactional messages, they can receive notifications when their information is received and when their package is in transit, out for delivery, and delivered.

We often need a signed confirmation from the client. The tracking codes from the delivery company are removed after 3 months so proof of delivery is gone. As we need to save those confirmations for a year we now need to make a print screen of all delivered tracking codes including signature which takes up a lot of time.

I would like to propose adding the capability to include additional users in TrackShip accounts.

Create TrackShip App for Intercom that will allow admins to view tracking data for chats and add an option for the customers to track their shipments in the Intercom messager
