Expand TrackShip's capabilities to include triggers based on shipment status event changes, duration thresholds (like delays or extended stays in a particular status), carrier-specific events, customs delays, available for pickup reminder after X days, shipment length.
This enhancement will allow more tailored communication to merchants via email and to customers via both email and SMS/WhatsApp. Admins should have the flexibility to receive immediate alerts or periodic summaries.
