Expand TrackShip's capabilities to include triggers based on shipment status event changes, duration thresholds (like delays or extended stays in a particular status), carrier-specific events, customs delays, available for pickup reminder after X days, shipment length.
This enhancement will allow more tailored communication to merchants via email and to customers via both email and SMS/WhatsApp. Admins should have the flexibility to receive immediate alerts or periodic summaries.

Here's an overview of what we've implemented:
Available for Pickup Reminders: Customers will now receive reminders after X days if their items remain uncollected, ensuring smoother pickups.
Exception and On-Hold Shipment Notifications: Admins will receive notifications for Exceptions and On Hold shipments daily, providing better oversight and control.
