To sync the shipping provider details in your store, go to WooCommerce > Shipment Tracking > Shipping Providers and on the top-right, click on the Sync Providers icon. Message from the devs at Team Global Express...
TGE do not have a tracking API currently! However, as advised there should be no issues using the below link.
Trackship can paste the shipment number right after Consignment Number= (as per below)
https://fasttracker.teamglobalexp.co.nz/fast-tracker.aspx?fasttracker_action=findmostrecent&ConsignmentNumber=UA00000100237 & this will redirect customers directly to the tracking page for that specific shipment.

I have been speaking to the technical team at Team Global Express (TGE) who are keen to support you in sorting this.
They do not have an API but have hundreds of customers using the above link.
