We've recently added Lotte Global Logistics to our supported shipping providers. While we've integrated this API without tracking number, there may be occasional tracking issues down the line. To ensure smooth operations, we're closely monitoring Lotte Global Logistics shipments over the next few days.

Additionally, please sync the shipping providers list on the AST plugin settings. You can do this by navigating to WooCommerce > Shipment Tracking > Shipping Providers, and clicking on the Sync Providers icon at the top-right.
