Custom Ship Carrier ?

Can there be an option to add a 'customer carrier' that could be used for personal purposes? For instance, when it comes to updating the shipment tracking, instead of entering a tracking number field I can add any line of text or a tracking number and then selecting 'Custom Carrier' from the carrier list (once added).

Sorry, I typo'd, I meant 'custom carrier' not customer carrier.

Jason Katman basically you go to your carrier website and copy the tracking link and pasted on the plugin box where it says carrier name.
