SF Express Hong Kong is different from SF china and SF international, the tracking of SF Express HK will not work on SF china and SF international, so would it be possible to add SF Express HK as a new Shipping Carrier, thank you so much for your help! :)

Oh thank you! It indeed works on the international ones, just one more question is would it be possible that the tracking link of SF international is linked to a English page of SF international instead of simplified Chinese? Thank you so much again!

Hi yale ho,
We’ve already integrated SF International into our service. The tracking event data provided by SF International is the same as that of SF Express Hong Kong, so you can use SF International instead — it will display identical tracking updates.

Hi yale ho,
I have updated the tracking link for SF International to the English version. You can now use it to view tracking information in English instead of simplified Chinese.
To sync the shipping provider details in your store, go to WooCommerce > Shipment Tracking > Shipping Providers, and on the top-right, click on the Sync Providers icon. (more about Sync providers on AST's documentation)(https://docs.zorem.com/docs/ast-free/shipping-providers/sync-the-shipping-providers/)
